Dear Bonnie, I would like to wish you well in the upcoming election. I have lived in your ward for quite some time, I have attended council meetings, and I have always found you to be honest, forthright, and you are ALWAYS there for the people in your ward. You always stand up for what you believe in. I appreciate everything you do in Ward 1, and I will again be voting for you in the election. Good Luck Bonnie Pam Burke
Bonnie has been very active in helping the residents in the East End of Barrie. She listens to the concerns
and issues and then works with the City of Barrie to resolve them. Cathy Allen
I wish to endorse Bonnie’s decision to run and represent Ward 1 as a member of the next Barrie
City Council. We need independent thinkers like Bonnie who stand up for what they believe in.
She tenaciously ensures Ward 1 is well represented at City Hall, we need her back. Evelyn Dewar
Bonnie is a Guardian of Public Interest who takes a common sense approach to issues regarding not
only Ward 1 but the City as a whole. Bonnie cares about the community and listens to the people.
Even now when at Johnson Beach I think about Bonnie’s determination and how she rallied the
Ward to make sure the beach stayed open to the Public. Sincerely J. Lockerbie
Thank you Bonnie, You are truly a candidate who has earned taxpayer support. You actually walk
the talk. Keep up the good work. Ray MacKinnon.
Bonnie glad to hear that you are running again. Your accessibility and concern for the constituents
Of Ward 1 are exactly what is required for proper representation in council. We would be happy
to have one of your signs for our lawn, and you can count on our vote.

"I have known Bonnie for years, watched her on council, asked for attention to ward concerns and
would give her my complete support as a Barrie City Councillor who attends meetings with the
City Taxpayers concerns uppermost in her decisions." George Taylor
I have been involved in Barrie since 1954 having served on council for 2 terms In the 60's. My experience has
taught me an effective city
councillor must have 3 major principles: HONESTY, INTEGRITY and
Bonnie has given me new hope for our neighbourhood. I really believe she cares and know
there has been a definite improvement since she became involved. Suzanne Reashore
Bonnie, just a short note to say THANKS for all your help in Ward one over the past years. You will be missed by a lot of us due to Ward Boundary changes, but we will not forget you. Tom King
Bonnie......your efforts to mitigate the housing issues in the East End College Neighbourhood have had significant positive impact on our quality of life over the past few year. Many thanks! Dave & Laura Harris
